Write a report on My Visit to a Job Fair
Job Fair Held in Hotel Sheraton
Sujon Ahmed, Dhaka, 10 September: Yesterday I visited a job fair organized by www.bdjobs.com. The fair was held in the Hotel Sheraton. There were a huge number of companies and their stalls offering various jobs for the job-seekers. Many university graduates assembled there as it was a great opportunity for the job-seekers.
There were many companies who offered job on spot by taking interview of keen candidates. Many companies were seen to collect CV from the young graduates who came to the fair with a view to getting suitable jobs.
Besides the job-seekers, there were some young students in the fair who came to see the current job market. They were very much enthusiastic over their coming future. They talked a lot with the concerned persons of the companies regarding their job offer.
I along with my friend also talked to the officials of Dutch Bangla Bank about their job offer. We stayed at the fair at about one hour and gained some knowledge regarding the job market of Bangladesh.
In fact, it was a pleasant experience for me and I think organizing such a job fair is very important for our unemployed youths.
