Shaheed Syed Nazrul Islam College Independence day celebrations

Shaheed Syed Nazrul Islam College in  Mymensingh organised  a two day Independence day programmer on the campuson march 25 and 26.

On March 25, the principal of the college inaugurated the event. The programme started with a discussion attended by teachers and students. The deputy Commissioner and the Superintendent of Police of Mymensingh attended the programme as special guests.

Sparkers at the discussion narrated the country’s road to Independence and highlighted the facts about the Liberation war. They also asked the students for becoming a true citizen of the country.

After the discussion a cultural show was also held. Students of the college performed patriotic songs which entertained the audience a lot.

The next day was a public holiday. But the college was opened for different programmes that include discussion, cultural show and competitions on different events at the college auditorium
