Respected Sir,
This is to request you for leave application owing to my mother’s illness. My mom is suffering from severe illness and I have to take her to hospital for treatment and look after her. For this reason I shall not be able to come to office for two days i.e 25-26th November, 2018. I shall be highly obliged if you will sanction me the leave.
