Please be informed that I am not able to come to office for today as I am suffering from severe diarrhea and food poisoning. I tend to take healthy diet for my fitness but unfortunately, last night I went to party and had dinner late. Now, I need to seek a doctor soon to recover myself and I request you to sanction me leave for today due to illness. I shall be obliged for this favor.
