Respected Madam,
It is stated that I am Mrs. Samia Shahid, teaching in this prestigious institution since 2008. Now I am a Class Teacher of Class 8. This is to inform you that by the blessings of Almighty I am going to perform Hajj in the next week. I won’t be in school for specific time span. As I am Class In charge of 8th Class, it would be required to manage a substitute teacher for the particular class. Furthermore, I take English subject of Class 6 and 7. Management have to arrange a teacher for them too.
Kindly, I want you to cooperate with me and provide me Hajj Leave with pay as I have got this opportunity luckily but I have to manage my expenses as well. Grant me leave for 41 days, from 10th August to 20th September. It would be a huge favor for me and I shall be obliged.
