Sir,
I have the honor to state that I am a regular and punctual student of class XII bearing the roll no-1 in your college. I have been also paying all sorts of college fees since my admission into your college. But my father who was a school teacher has recently been retired from his petty service. Our family consists of eight members. I have also three school going brothers and sisters. In such condition, it is very difficult for my father to bear our educational expenses after maintaining the family. Now, it is impossible for me to continue my studies further without your help. I like to mention here I stood first in the first year examination.
I, therefore, earnestly request you to grant me a help from the students' welfare fund and oblige thereby.
