Dear Sir,
We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the deteriorating academic atmosphere of the college. Recently the authority has allowed establishing a haat in the vacant land in front of our college. It has deteriorated the atmosphere of the entire institution. We also see that several tea stalls have been made in the surrounding areas of the college. It is also heard that drugs are being sold in these places. Unfortunately, these tea stalls have become the gossiping place for the spoiled boys. They have already started to eve tease the girls of the college. As a result, the girls of our college are feeling insecure. If the law enforcement authority is not informed about the situation, it could seriously damage the college atmosphere.
We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary steps to ensure such an academic atmosphere that is conducive to students for studying.
