Sir,
I beg to state the following facts for favour of your kind and sympathetic consideration that my father, who is a government servant, has received an order of posting to a district headquarters fifty miles away from Dhaka. At this stage, it will not be possible for me to pray for my Transfer Certificate and get myself totally detached from the college in which I have been reading last one year with success in all tests and examinations. On the other hand, I am loved by all for my discipline and conduct. It will be very upsetting for me to be deprived of the care and guidance I am getting for you. At this moment, I need to be more close to my teachers and the classmates for preparation of examination.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grand me a seat in the college hostel.
