Sir,
We, the student of your college, would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that the recent SIDR has greatly devastated the lives and property of the people of the southern part of Bangladesh. There is a serious scarcity of food, drinking water, medicine, clothes etc. in the affected area. For this reason, we along with some of our teachers have chalked out some programmes to raise a Relief Fund for those people.
We, therefore, would like to request you to permit us to participate in the Relief Fund Raising programme for the SIDR affected people and oblige thereby.
