This is to inform you that we, the students of your college, have been suffering much for excessive heat of summer. The sun shines hotly nowadays. It is quite impossible for us to continue classes after 11 am. So, we need at least two electric fans in each classroom of our college.
We, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary steps for hanging at least two electric fans in each classroom of our college and oblige thereby.
