Dear Sir,
Please be informed that my daughter is suffering from high fever and facing stomach problem since last one week. I have consulted physician but all in vain. Now I have taken an appointment with child specialist. He has advised me for medical tests so that he can find out the real disease. Sir, I urgently need leave for today for her proper medical checkup.
I hope you will consider my request because being a father its my priority. Thanking you in anticipation.
