Respected Madam,
Most respectfully it is stated that my child Arnav Singh of 5th A Class is in agony of throat infection that may be caused due to drinking cold and chilled bottles served in canteen cafeteria of the school. The problem is getting worse now and he could not tincture his attention on anything at all. Kindly grant him sick leaves for two days so that he can battle with the soreness of throat.
