Subject: Application for sick leave due to Swine Flu
Hope your highness is going well. The reason why I am here is to state that I am mother of the student Mr. Jacob Fernandez of class 4th Wing and he is currently suffering from swine flu contagion. The running nose and pain is utmost and he cannot join the school studies. Kindly grant him leaves until he resumed his bodily health as previously. The disease is epidemic in nature and I do not wish to infect his fellow beings with this irritation. Please see to it and grant him leaves.
