Punctuality
Happening or doing something at the agreed or proper time is punctuality. A punctual man starts to the work, to be punctual for an appointment, being always punctual in any payment or word keeping are matters of praising to everybody and everywhere. So, Punctuality means keeping time of any appointment. Work while you work, play while you play’ is punctuality. He who discharges his duty at the proper time is said to be punctual. It depends on practice. It is a very good habit.
‘Time and tide waits for none’ the maxim goes. Our life is short but work is unlimited. So we shall have to do a good deal of work in our short span of life and thus, we can succeed in life. There is another proverb, ‘A stitch in time saves nine.’ It teaches us value of punctuality.
Punctuality is very useful to all. An unpunctual man never succeeds in life and he makes life miserable. Nothing can be achieved without punctuality. A punctual by is crowned with success and he makes life glorious. A punctual student finds much time for reading, writing and making lessons. He always maintains his routine in every step of life. A soldier loses his life in the war field if he is unpunctual. It a merchant is not punctual, he cannot command confidence of his customers. It may cause serious loss to him. So punctuality is very important for merchants.
An idle man always complains. He tools away his valuable time. We will be ridiculed by others. He digs his own grave. So nobody in society likes him. Punctuality is at the root of all success in life. It is a great necessity in every step of life. A punctual man or woman always passes a good time. She/he finishes work on dot-point and on time. She or he is prompt all the time expected.
So, punctuality makes a man perfect and prepares himself for better life.
