Dear Sir,
We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that we have been facing various problems in our college canteen for a long time. As many of us come to college from a long distance, we cannot take both breakfast and lunch at home and we have to take food in this canteen. Moreover, the canteen boys very often serve us stale food. They do not clean the plates and glasses properly. They supply water that is not boiled. As a result, most often we have to suffer from food poisoning and various water-borne diseases.
We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary steps to solve the existing problems so that we can get a hygienic and clean canteen.
