Dear Sir,
We have the honour to state that our college is one of the most reputed colleges in our country. The performance of the students both in curricular and extracurricular is also very good. Every year our college team participates in different cultural and literary competitions arranged by different television channels and educational institutions. But it is a matter of great sorrow that there is no literary club in our college. If there had been a literary club, our college could obviously have done well. On the other hand, a literary club will help us to learn more about the great minds of the world and their works. It will also help to bring all students together and give an opportunity to share their views and thoughts.
Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up a literary club and oblige thereby.
