Dear Sir,
We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that there is no English Language Laboratory at our college. We all know that English is the strongest means of verbal and written communication all over the world and we cannot do without it for a single day. So, we, the students of your college, feel the dire need to set up an English Language Laboratory at our college. Setting up such a language laboratory will certainly help us to learn and practise English language for practical and communicative purposes. It will also facilitate our effective and smooth practice of English and thereby, we will be able to compete with the modern world.
We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up an English Language Laboratory in our college so that we can learn and practise English language properly.
