Sir,
I beg to state that my father, who is a government servant, has received an order of posting to Sirajganj, and for this our family is going to be shifted there soon. Though it is embarrassing for me to change my school at this stage, I cannot help moving with my parents as I have no other alternatives to reside in Dhaka. For your kind attention, I would like to mention that I had been doing quite well in all tests and examinations under your able guidance and care.
I therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me a Transfer Certificate as early as possible.
