Dear Sir,
We, the students of your college, beg to state that almost all the students and teachers of our college have cell phones with them. They carry it to the classroom and talk with others over cell phones. The ringtone of the cell phones is frequently heard during the class hour or even in the examination hall. As a result, the teaching environment of the classroom is greatly hampered. The students in the classroom cannot pay their attention to studies when others continue their talk over cell phones. The examinees in the examination hall cannot write their answers properly if someone talks over cell phone in the examination hall. So, the use of cell phones by both students and teachers should not be allowed for maintaining good academic atmosphere of the college.
We, therefore, request you to take measures for the prohibition of the use of cell phones in the classroom or in the examination hall.
