Respected Sir,
It is stated that I shall not be able to perform my duty in office for a day as I have to take my mother to hospital. She is sick and need a thorough checkup. I was about to take her early but due to some essential official tasks I wasn’t able to take leave. Now, after all the important meetings are over I have to take her on priority. I hope that you will consider my request.
